Support without added pressure
Pregnancy, breastfeeding and feeding children often come with a lot of questions. You may get conflicting advice, have little time to decide, or feel like you should be doing things a certain way.
My work is to help you make sense of all that information, assess your actual situation, and find an approach that looks after your health without losing sight of your family's reality.
The goal isn't a "perfect" breastfeeding journey, a perfect menu, or a child who eats absolutely everything. It's about making informed decisions, moving forward with confidence, and finding your peace of mind again.

Alongside my breastfeeding and nutrition consultations, I am also the director of Dandelion Salud Clinic, a centre in Alicante specialising in pregnancy, the postnatal period and family health.
Working alongside physiotherapy, physical training and other health professionals allows me to offer a more complete perspective, and to refer you for further assessment whenever your situation calls for it.
Each professional works within their own field, but we share the same approach to care: listening, individualising, and supporting without judgement.

Languages
I offer consultations in English, Spanish and French, both in person and online.
I'm comfortable working entirely in English throughout the whole consultation, so language is never a barrier when it matters most.
I also speak French fluently, having been educated at the Lycée Français.
My approach to support
Listen first
Every consultation starts by understanding what's worrying you and what you've already tried.
Explain the why
You won't just leave with a list of instructions — you'll understand why each recommendation can help.
Adapt to your reality
Recommendations should fit your schedule, preferences, resources and family decisions.
Support without judgement
Breastfeeding, combination or formula feeding, BLW or purées — the goal is finding what's safe and right for your family.
Refer when needed
If your situation goes beyond my support, I'll point you towards the right professional.
